Jay’s Soldier Fit was founded by Jay and Lin Johnson in 2001 as a way to help people reach their fitness goals. The camps quickly gained recognition from many Dallas area organizations as an effective way to get in shape and boost self-confidence. Thousands of people in the DFW area have testified to the effectiveness of a Jay’s Boot Camp workout.

Boot Camp Fitness 4 Week Program

This is not your neighbors “Boot Camp Class”. Soldier fit is a complete core strength and conditioning program that will be you in the best mental and physical shape of your life! This system of training is a combination of several different schools of training – body building, cross-fit, calisthenics, plyometrics, resistance training, speed & agility and more. 1.4 Million Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines can’t be wrong… Jay’s Soldier Fit works!

These camps work exactly like our traditional 4 week Soldier Fit Programs, but in a smaller, personalized settings. (not open to the public) Get a Group together and we’ll come to YOU!
